RETURN POLICY
Here at Debbie Sun Design Studio, we want you to be in love with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date it was received for a full refund. Please contact us by phone or email to notify us of the return as soon as possible at info@debbiesun.com / Tel. 340.277.8898 (USA) and provide the following information:
- Name
- Order number
- Product code/Description
- Quantity of the items you wish to return
- Reason for return request
Any product you return must be unused, returned in the original packaging and in the same condition you received it. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and those shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or goods damaged by the delivery company. On the rare occasion that items are lost or damaged in the mail or the item is defective, please contact us immediately. Once we can determine that the item was lost or damaged or defective, a replacement item will be sent to the customer at no additional costs.
If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or an exchange. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether the return meets the criteria of the return policy. Once the return is deemed valid, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Refund times will depend on the Credit/Debit Card Company’s policies.
To return the item you purchased, please mail it to the return address listed on the order receipt. The address will differ depending on which facility is closest to your location.
